Shipping information

Purchaser pays postage and/or courier costs which are to be established at time of purchase. We ship within Australia at a Flat Rate of $12.95 excluding bulky items. Bulky items will be advised on product page and shipping will be calculated and additional cost will be invoiced separately. 

All orders will be dispatched the following business day unless otherwise notified. You will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been sent.  As we are based in a small regional town our delivery may take a couple of extra days. Please note that Australia Post is open Monday to Friday in Moree. 

We also offer Click and Collect in-store. Your order can be ready in as little as 1 hour. 

International shipping is now available at Botanica Home. The postage prices are calculated on size and weight by Australia Post. 

Botanica Home is not responsible for parcels that go missing once they have left our store. 

Exchange & Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to organise an exchange or return.

All products must be returned unused, in the original packaging and with all instruction manuals included. The safe return and shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer (we recommend including tracking).

Postage of an exchanged item will incur a $10.00 shipping fee.

Please note: Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.
